Warning: Some materials like sandstone may not be a fan, but everything else will be singing your praises.
The main areas I service are Moreton Bay, Brisbane, Ipswich and Sunshine Coast. I may go further subject to the size of the job, however this is often not cost effective for the customer and it may be ideal to use a local business.
Although on occasion I need to get on the roof to clean walls and areas that are difficult to access I do not clean roofs/solar panels. Roofs and solar panels are a specialised area and should be completed by a contractor specialising in roofs. My recommendation is to have your roof inspected prior to having it pressure washed as high pressure water can easily get into your roof cavity causing expensive water damage. Solar panels must be isolated prior to cleaning, not cleaned with high pressure water and never walked on.
It is possible to damage the surface being cleaned if the works are not completed carefully.
I have modified my machine so that it can be easily turned down to as low as 500psi to rely on the water flow rather than the pressure. By using the widest nozzle fan I can on all my attachments I am always able to clean at the lowest pressure possible. Its all about the water flow!!
Usually no.. I only book one job a day so that I can take the time to do the job right!
Working to deliver a standard rather than a price.
Quotes are based on the area being cleaned, not how long I think it will take.
The quoted price, is the price.. even if I clean it twice!
Pressure cleaning uses lots of water at pressure that is hard to predict where it might go and what it might get into.
Electrical..
It is not uncommon for water to get into exterior power points and trip the safety switch.
I take a lot of care to not spray too close to them, and never on them.
This is a big problem when internal power points are used on the outside of the house.
External rated power points don’t often have a problem.
As a precaution, it is a good idea to unplug any thing that is not necessary to be on all the time and turn off all external outlets.
Furniture…
When do a house wash, I use diluted chlorine and biodegradable detergents to clean the house.
There is a risk of damaging fabrics on cushions or other items that are outside.
It’s best to move these inside or cover them up.
I do have some tarps to cover your things but it’s best to move them if possible.
